About
Sematext is an all-in-one solution that helps you monitor the backend and frontend in one place. It provides infrastructure monitoring, log management, synthetic monitoring, and real-time user monitoring.
The user can monitor their servers, containers, databases, and network status using sematext. It has three products - Sematext platform which provides monitoring solutions, Sematext enterprise which enables users to run sematext cloud on their infrastructure, and Sematext cloud which provides users with logging and infrastructure monitoring.
It also has two upcoming products - Experience and Tracing. Experience improves customers' digital experience with real user monitoring, and Tracing optimizes end-to-end application performance.
Sematext includes three services - consulting, support, and training. Consulting provides a consulting overview, Solr consulting, Elasticsearch consulting, and logging consulting. Support provides Solr and Elasticsearch support. Training provides Solr training and Elasticsearch training
