About

Planday is an online employee scheduling software that enables users to manage staff, schedule shifts, track time, and communicate all from one platform. The software allows for quick updates to be sent to all staff members when they clock in, so everyone is informed of upcoming changes. It also enables employees to text each other about trading shifts or finding a last-minute replacement, without the user having to do so. Planday provides schedule reports that enable users to see and track the number of shifts or hours worked by an employee. They can also see the start and end of each shift, type of shift worked by the employee, and employees that called in sick. The software enables staff members to request time off, and once a holiday request is approved, the system will no longer allow the user to schedule an employee who is away.

Svær service at komme ud af når man ikke længere har behovet.

Når Planday´s centrale service er at forbinde mennesker med hinanden, er det lidt trist at de ikke kan nås når man ønsker at ophøre samarbejdet. Vores virksomhed stoppede med at bruge systemet for knapt 2 måneder siden. Ikke kun fordi det ikke fungerede opt...

Via "Glemt password?" funktionen, kan man få tilsendt sig sine login informationer, hvilket for såvidt også er helt fint...Problemet er bare, at ens password sendes i plaintext... Jeg synes det er latterligt at drive en forretning og tage så let på dét at p...

Virkelig en ringe samarbejdspartner, hold jer langt væk fra planday, de koster snildt 30.000.- om året og så binder de dig i minimum 12 måneder af gangen automatisk, plandays support er helt forfærdelig de ved intet og kan intet, du er overladt til dig selv...
