setVisitor name not working on react app and their dev team not respond on time and were very delayed with their respond ( I am waiting for around 10 days and still in waiting state)

PLEASE don't buy addons with Tawk.to

The free chat is fine but PLEASE don't waste your money on addons (they don't work) and expect a good customer service even if you are paying. + 10 days for a reply that I never got.
