Simplesat allows users to create one-click CSAT surveys in ConnectWise, Autotask, Zendesk, and other helpdesk and professional services automation (PSA) systems to record client feedback. Users may sync or import customers from ConnectWise, Autotask, Intercom, Infusionsoft, and other sources to monitor customer loyalty through quarterly NPS surveys.
