Minute7 is a time and expense tracking software that helps businesses easily monitor and manage their time besides saving more money to maximise profit. The software can be easily integrated with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online which enables employees and contractors to enter time from their own devices. It also helps businesses to track their employee and contractor costs and then import them to QuickBooks for reimbursement and invoicing. Minute7 uses Amazon Web Services, assuring complete security of the entered data. The software also enables users to quickly view reports and summaries of all the time that their vendors and employees have entered. Moreover, Minute7 comes with a mileage calculator that enables users to calculate the entire travel cost using the most recent reimbursement rates from the IRS. The software even allows users to take a picture of receipts and attach it to the expense entries, quickly without any hassle.
