Takes away all driver experience of road knowledge,customers that want early deliveries and the routes it gives are an absolute joke.
We have been looking at Maxoptra for 12 months or more and then jumped in for a few months. We didn't use the product in the end but the pre and post sales service was excellent, understanding and they were very willing to help us integrate.
I have found the system very visual regarding the route planning and is able to communicate with both our vehicle tracking system and internal scheduling systems.
Have been an absolute joy. Nothing but helpful and kept in constant communication whilst i was finding my feet. Chris in particular was an absolute gent with also the patience in the world.Definitely recommend!!!!
Great customer support and a great product. The onboarding help was particularly useful. We have found some great features but still feel there is more to discover.
