Leapdocs is an affordable, secure document management application that is easy to use for enterprises, small businesses, and start-ups. You can create as many users and groups as you need to recreate and reinforce your real-world organizational structure, whether that be 1 or 10,000. Any file type can be imported, and most files can be indexed and thumbnailed, including Word, PDF, Excel, Text, PowerPoint, and ODF files. Each file can have custom metadata applied, like SSN, Invoice Number, Contract Code, or Birth Date. Metadata fields can be created and updated easily.
