You can easily collect feedback using as little as one question or even smiley icons. You can embed the survey in your webpage and customize settings such as its position (header, footer, etc.), themes, customer data fields (email, full name, etc.), color, and emoticons used. Any feedback you collect can also be anonymous.
To embed the survey on your website, all you need to do is copy and then paste the script that has been automatically created. If it’s a web survey, FeedbackRig creates a custom URL for you to share. You can also embed the HTML code of the survey into email signatures to collect feedback that way.
