Dårlig kundeservice

Dårlig kundeservice. Hvorfor skal man skrive over 10 mails for at nedgradere sit abonnent. Typisk abonnementsfælde, når man først har tilmeldt sit betalingskort er det ikke til at slippe ud af.

Their business plan transition is unreasonably and disrespectful to long term clients

Big problem since they gave us only 30 days notice (during Christmas to offload all of our data or charge us over £2500/month - and we're a ten person company! Appalling service when we've been clients for six years.
